All the expenses involved will be born by ourselves, the housing company or the private owner. This has been set clearly in our policy. You do not pay any penny, but still can have your best choice through your own negotiation with the house owner (about prices or anything else) if you feel you need to do so.
Our staff personnel will take you to see by your own eyes the place you are interested in and let you have your own decision. |

If you do not like place, we will recommend you others, or if you do not want to rent any of the places we show you, you loose nothing. We will not charge you at all. OUR SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU ARE TOTALLY FREE-OF-CHARGE.
So, if you need a place to stay for a week, a month, a year or more, please, contact us, we will be willing to offer you a full set of selected catalogue at your need.

 Office for business
 If you need an office (however mall or big in size), or a whole building to start or develop your business, we can always consult and recommend you the best one at your choice. Like accommodation services, you do not pay for our service at all.

 Car rental services
If you need to travel in Vietnam and you do not want to take a taxi, we can arrange you a car (or other means of transport). You will get your comfort at the best rent. |
